About the JobAs an Enterprise Data Architect, you lead the strategy of and are responsible for the maturity of data governance and data integration across the TUI enterprise, working with multiple domains and services to safeguard the future platforms.
You will create and maintain enterprise data models and transformation roadmaps to facilitate discussion and decision-making with senior stakeholders, driving the group towards agreement regarding data direction and definition of data strategy.You will collaborate with senior technology leaders, including Heads of Architecture and senior architects from their teams, to shape a vision and define data architectural strategies to translate business opportunities and customer expectations into innovative data solutions.You promote understanding of the data architecture at TUI and serve as the focal point for developing a global data architecture strategy and maintaining architectural integrity.In partnership with data-centric delivery teams and data science teams across technology and business, you will ensure that healthy data remains the core foundation of our AI strategy by driving consolidation across TUI towards a coherent data platform strategy.You will define policies, standards, patterns, and practices that shape the data strategy while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.You will provide leadership to cross-functional initiatives and teams, helping to secure new opportunities and address complex blockers.Your insights drive customer data into data strategy and data roadmaps, enabling new levels of agility, speed, and scale of data to exceed business outcome targets.You ensure the delivery of high-quality data design and engineering reviews.Playing a critical role as a force multiplier, you effectively deliver breakthrough results as a trusted senior advisor at the CXO/Master Domain level or equivalent, in both IT and business domains.You influence the TUI data landscape and related ecosystems in broad one-to-many forums and direct engagements. Through coaching, governing, mentoring, and driving the use of tools, policies, patterns, and standards, you ensure the consistent and effective management of data.Security is part of everyone's job. Proven track record in designing architecture blueprints and optimizing them to drive development and innovation.Proficiency in translating business vision into viable technical strategies and conveying such strategies back to business stakeholders.
