Training & Knowledge Manager Toqio (toq.io) enables any business to design and deploy smart fintech propositions in a matter of minutes. We are currently looking for a Training & Knowledge Manager with at least 5 years of experience. As Training & Knowledge Manager you will: Assess training needs across all functions including Employee and Customer training. Design, deliver and evaluate training for both technical and soft skills. Training Material design and maintenance. Create and continuously deliver Customer training programs in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus). Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to contextualize ongoing product development and functionalities to develop relevant training materials. Leverage department-specific feedback to create and modify training material and internal tooling roadmap. Synthesize feedback from various customers with respect to training materials or otherwise. Meet with customers to understand their training needs and feedback. Drive new projects from A-Z. Conduct regular Knowledge Tests, analyze results and implement improvement initiatives. Work in partnership with other teams to implement a continuous improvement culture and methodology. Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required. Develop an enabled and empowered workforce with the customer at the heart of every interaction. Motivate self to keep up to date with knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions, and procedures. Ensure adherence to process policy and procedures. Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs. Analyze training and development needs. Set up development plans. Review the post-training progress and collected feedback. Organize and manage internal materials in Confluence and other systems. Search for best practices and implement them. Be proactive in creating processes and improving/streamlining the existing ones. Requirements: Experience required: At least 5 years of experience as a trainer/workshop/knowledge consultancy specialist. Experience with e-learning platforms, training programs gamification. Experience as a soft skills trainer would be an advantage. Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, Figma, and Adobe Tools. Fluency in English & Spanish (written and oral). Experience as a trainer both for Employees and Customers. Previous Customer Service experience. Familiarity with the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) and with multimedia in training. Proficiency with data analysis. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Proven to work effectively in a culturally diverse workgroup. Must have Skills: Communication: strong interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills. Influencer without authority: way of coaching and training inspires teams to grow. Collaboration: build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with. Organizational skills: good in organizing both daily workflow and coordinating people. Analytical skills: able to analyze and put together the needs of organization and employees. Time management and multitasking skills: within the limited timing organizes work effectively, able to set up the priorities. Nice to have: Other languages such as German or French.
