Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your DayYou will be responsible both for the sales and the execution phase to plan and organize the resources required for the different compressors and gas turbine outages, projects and possible breakdowns required to help our customers minimize downtimes and meet Customer satisfaction and expectations.
How You'll Make an ImpactTake ownership of the whole sales process for Service opportunities and make necessary coordination with other involved parties to provide technically accurate and commercially/financially compliant proposals.Coordinate the whole proposal process up to the customer Purchase Order using Sales Force and Spiridon/SAP tools.
Collaboration with financials, project execution and supply chain management departments during the whole PO process ensuring all Siemens Energy processes and compliance requirements are implemented and strictly adhered to, being aware of the organization's safety and security procedures, ensuring they are adhered to at all times.Coordinate with engineering, factory, field service groups and marketing groups to resolve configuration, scope and technical changes during the quoting process.Plan and manage sales proposals for service opportunities to determine proposal feasibility.Service customers after the sale to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Responsible for the bid clarification and negotiation with customer together with the Client manager.Work together with relevant stakeholders Customers, Suppliers, Managers, Colleagues, effective communication Written & Verbal.Collaborate and drive initiatives as required and to communicate with complete transparency to all team members and management, ensuring a key component of the sales process.Manage the services orders throughout the planning, through execution until final acceptance (FAC): relevant planning elements and milestone results.Involve the relevant partners in the sales/finance/operation/quality and logistics execution phases.Perform service orders reading and derive actions concerning risks, opportunities and contractual obligations.Responsible to source internally technical solutions to reported issues.Manage Customer Requirements: Manages customer expectations and solving of issues and actively gathers information on the customer and customer's strategies, requirements and targets.Regularly perform lessons learned activities and feed the results into the organization.Manage service orders finances: Lives full responsibility for the financial results according to set targets.What You BringA degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.A minimum of three years of experience in services for rotative equipment in cross-organizational projects.Experience in Compressors and Gas Turbines and associated equipment and Industrial and Power Generation markets.Team player and able to communicate with multiple levels of customers, peers and team members.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.High written and speaking skills for English.Ability to work in an accurate and structured way.Capability to be self-supporting (able to work without supervision) and quickly learn new concepts.Growing mentality, open to constantly learn and try new ways.High skills for collaborative work among diverse teams and different countries, ability to create good team environment and be a key part to motivate it towards the common and individual objectives.About the TeamYou will belong to the Sales team dealing with the compressors and Gas Turbines fleet from Siemens Energy who will support you and coach you on the specifics of the job.
