Job Description: Design and testing hydraulic circuits for launch pads, ensuring safety and reliability. Selecting and sizing components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, filters, fittings, and sensors.
Responsibilities: Develop Hydraulic Schematic circuits.Develop and review piping system designs according to technical and regulatory requirements.Develop Piping layout drawings.Support manufacturing and assembly processes, providing technical guidance and resolving any design-related issues that arise during production, tests, or mounting.Perform documentation related to test bench procedures and tests.Collaborate with external vendors for the procurement of necessary equipment, components, and services related to launch pads hydraulic systems development.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field such as industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, etc.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.Proficiency in 3D design software (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, NX, Catia, or Inventor).Knowledge of functions, specifications, and characteristics of components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, accumulators, filters, hoses, fittings, and sensors.Knowledge to design hydraulic circuits and schematics using standard symbols and conventions (ISO 1219-1 and 1219-2 standards).Knowledge in calculations of pressure drop, flow rate, and power consumption.Knowledge about the use of instruments and equipment such as pressure gauges, flow meters, test benches, and data acquisition systems to measure and monitor system parameters.Ability to identify and resolve any problems or faults that may arise in the operation or performance of the system.Capacity to design hydraulic systems that meet the needs of launch pad requirements and creativity to overcome any challenges or limitations that may arise in the design process.Able to work autonomously with little supervision.Availability to travel occasionally.Job Offer Details: Type of contract: IndefiniteWork schedule: Full-timeExperience required: Minimum of 1 monthEducational level: University degreeContact Information: If you are interested in this offer, please click the button "M'interessa".
