We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal advice and support across various aspects of our business operations.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting our company's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert legal counsel on matters pertaining to telecommunications, data protection, artificial intelligence, and consumer protection regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies that support business objectives.Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions.Manage intellectual property matters, including trademark and patent portfolios.Conduct legal risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel as necessary.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors.Demonstrable expertise in telecommunications law, data protection regulations (including GDPR), artificial intelligence legal frameworks, and consumer protection laws.Fluency in three European Union languages, including English (both written and spoken).Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex legislation and regulatory frameworks.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment.Sound understanding of business operations and ability to provide commercially-oriented legal advice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
