PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Head of Master Data leads and implements the organization's master data strategy. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, IT executives, and data experts to foster a data-driven decision-making culture. This includes defining data vision, goals, and enhancing master data solutions for a unified view. The position holder manages a team of data professionals to achieve excellence in defining data governance policies and aligning data management with partner teams and departments. This role reports to the Chief Operational Excellence Risk Officer and can be based in Madrid, Basel, or London.
