Company OverviewPosition OverviewIt is the mission of the IT Supervisor to assure that Valencia plant has all the IT systems needed by production available, reliable and with proper performance. Doing it according to the Values of Lear and the ISMS directives.Core responsibilities will be:Ensuring all systems are monitored and maintained to guarantee the integrity and security of company data.Ensuring maximum availability of all computer systems.Managing and ensuring 1st class service levels are provided to support all customers.Ensure compliance to ISMS and Sarbanes Oxley requirements for IT systems and operations.Ensuring all corporate standards are adhered to.Ensuring all corporate requirements are delivered satisfactorily and on time.Managing all aspects of personnel management including recruitment, performance evaluations, training requirements, shift cover, holidays, out of hour's support, disciplinary and working with IT management to organise site staff rotation.Ensure documentation and procedures are maintained and improved upon to enable smooth operations, sustain a knowledge base, self-reliance and an accruable history database.Responsible for IT expenditure and procurement and budgetary control.Responsible for coordinating, prioritising, and organising IT projects and contracts.Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, related engineering or formal IT related education.5 years work experience in IT System Support Environment.Work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with relevant responsibilities.Hardware - servers and SAN, Cisco switches and wireless networking, workstations & Laptops.Software: QAD, Vmware, Windows Server 20xx, MS SQL, Windows Workstations & MS Office.Comms - Cisco networking, including Switches, TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS. Wireless Access point.Cabling - structured cabling system, category 6 Ethernet & fibre.To be able to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
