YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Technical Expert, your mission will be to contribute to giving the best IT service to our Business. You will be part of a team involved in the expansion of global platforms to some of the locations where Santander is present, as well as maintaining a high service level. Current projects are multicultural, facing international meetings and discussions with Business, vendors, and colleagues all around the world.
Mandatory skills for this new position:
Proven experience defining and translating Liquidity Business requirements into technical ones, managing them either with the vendor or internal teams.
Project management skills, especially focused on managing complex stakeholders' relationships with several teams engaged and international teams.
Liquidity market solutions expertise, especially focused on cash pooling and virtual accounts products.
Support CTO and architects to build a reliable environment for new solutions.
Generate the adequate KPIs required by the liquidity business, including the KPIs extractions, the monitoring of the applications, and the KPIs distribution to all key the end-to-end business value chain, acting as the link between the Business, Operations, other internal areas, and the Vendor.
Mandatory high English level, all project deliverables and working sessions run in experience working with international teams and with support teams, issue troubleshooting, doing proper incident management along with the SCIB support teams (escalation, investigation).
Years of experience supporting and implementing banking platforms. Experience in Cash Pooling or Virtual Account management tools will be very valuable. Experience in Santander SCIB projects / Architecture.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or any other related field.
