Responsibilities: Generate leads by identifying potential clients in the San Clemente area in California, US.
Participate in training sessions aimed at improving knowledge and skills related to real estate.
Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a listing agent or a buyer's agent.
Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.
Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents using the CRM system.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position as an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in San Clemente, CA, US, you must have a valid Real Estate License or be actively pursuing one.
