Your Mission
Operate CRM Tools: Configure, deploy, and maintain multichannel CRM campaigns for our games using the required CRM tools.
Ensure Quality: Validate all campaigns before release to ensure the highest level of deliverability for each channel.
Collaborate and Report: Work closely with the analytics team to report on performance indicators such as contact rates, player activity, and spending patterns.
Your Profile
Educational Background: Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a higher education program related to marketing, CRM, or a related field.
Remote Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with remote colleagues.
Autonomous Work: Capable of working autonomously, meeting tight deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks to deliver at a high level.
Gaming Passion: Demonstrates a passion for the gaming industry.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and organized in managing tasks.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
