We are looking for talented people who want to start or develop their professional career with us.With integrated cloud-based solutions such as our MAX platform, we embrace the full potential of digitalization, transforming ourselves into a digitally augmented company to make life easier, more efficient and more comfortable.Responsibilities:Supporting the transformation team and wider business across the value creation cycle from project ideation to deliveryIdeation of new transformation initiatives including identifying improvement areas, analyzing root causes and development of solutionsScoping, structuring, and initiating transformation work streamsAnalyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projectsSupporting project teams and working closely with the Finance department to plan and track transformation costs, financial targets and project timelinesSupporting the implementation of a consistent Transformation Office governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress statusContributing to the development and integration of the strategic transformation plan into the global budget planningSupporting content management, further development of internal tools and databases, reporting, and project trackingSupporting transformation teams and serving as sparring partner for the Transformation Office teams and local Management in our business units and challenging delivery ambitionMinimum Requirements:A university degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent3-5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking / M&A or in-house strategy / M&A / FP&A with a multinationalExperience with transformation projects are a plusStrong project management skills in an international setting, working across multiple countriesSolid knowledge of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow)Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured dataA track record of delivering in a complex and challenging multi-work stream environmentThe ability to influence and manage relationships across different countries / functionsA team player mentality, resilience, strong commitment, and a proactive attitudeProfessional knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint and structuring presentations for executive meetings and communicationFluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2)
