With integrated cloud-based solutions such as our MAX platform, we embrace the full potential of digitalization, transforming ourselves into a digitally augmented company to make life easier, more efficient and more comfortable.Responsibilities:Supporting the transformation team and wider business across the value creation cycle from project ideation to delivery.Ideation of new transformation initiatives including identifying improvement areas, analyzing root causes and development of solutions.Scoping, structuring, and initiating transformation work streams.Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects.Supporting project teams and working closely with the Finance department to plan and track transformation costs, financial targets and project timelines.Supporting the implementation of a consistent Transformation Office governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress status.Contributing to the development and integration of the strategic transformation plan into the global budget planning.Supporting content management, further development of internal tools and databases, reporting, and project tracking.Supporting transformation teams and serving as sparring partner for the Transformation Office teams and local Management in our business units and challenging delivery ambition.Qualifications:A university degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent.3-5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking / M&A; or in-house strategy / M&A; / FP&A; with a multinational.Experience with transformation projects are a plus.Strong project management skills in an international setting, working across multiple countries.Solid knowledge of financials (P&L; , Balance Sheet, and cash flow).Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured data.A track record of delivering in a complex and challenging multi-work stream environment.The ability to influence and manage relationships across different countries / functions.A team player mentality, resilience, strong commitment, and a proactive attitude.Professional knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint and structuring presentations for executive meetings and communication.Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2).- Secure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation package.- Social benefits and an attractive work calendar.#J-18808-Ljbffr
