What will you do?
We are looking for a self-optimized, fast thinker Junior Traffic Manager who is able to learn internal processes quickly and bring new alternative solutions that help continue to grow the bottom line results.

Responsibilities
Manage a variety of advertisers and partners accountsCreative oversight and ad tech implementationRecord and communicate stats and reports to internal and external partiesPerform analysis of marketing and sales dataFind and analyze competitor marketing and sales materialsStay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilitiesPrepare sales reporting, presentation of findings, and other marketing documentation as neededOther marketing tasks as neededRequirements
1-2 years in the performance marketing industryDegree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or other relevant education/experienceStrong computer and internet competenceMicrosoft/Google Office, especially Excel/SheetsAnalytical thinking for growth and optimizationStrong negotiation and communication skills and strategiesExperience with A/B and multivariate testingExtreme ownership mindset is an absolute mustBenefits
