Junior Technical Support Advisor Native German Speaker

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMWeekly Hours: 39 hours Position Summary:
We are seeking a native German-speaking Technical Support Advisor with proficient English skills to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing clear solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively.Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.Collaborate with the team to resolve complex cases and enhance customer satisfaction.Follow standard processes to ensure consistent quality in service. Qualifications: Native German speaker with strong English proficiency.Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate technical information clearly and patiently.Effective time management and teamwork skills.
