Your Impact
As a Junior Technical Consultant in IT Process Automation, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' IT operations through the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions. Your contributions will streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards. By working closely with clients, configuring automation tools, and supporting the automation lifecycle, you will help optimize workflows and drive innovation in IT process automation.
What You Need to Succeed
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking principles. Familiarity with IT automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is highly valued.
Technical Skills: Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with IT Process Automation solutions (e.g., OpenText Operations Orchestration, Dynatrace IT Automation, Atlassian Jira IT Automation).
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, UiPath, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
