We are currently seeking a Junior Tax Consultant to join our team in Vigo.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in tax compliance, specifically VAT, with no prior experience required.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients from various industries and jurisdictions with the preparation of VAT returns.Collaborate with a multinational team to ensure VAT compliance across European countries.Use VAT preparation software and apply relevant accounting principles as needed.Contribute to team projects and goals while working under supervision.Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who:Is passionate about technology and taxation.Has strong project management skills.Is fluent in English and ideally proficient in another European language.Shows a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity.Can work effectively both independently and within a team.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.A double degree in Law & ADE (Business Administration) is highly desirable.Internship or entry-level experience in VAT or tax is a plus, but not mandatory.Familiarity with VAT software and accounting principles is valued.What We Offer:A permanent contract with opportunities for career growth in tax technology.A competitive salary package.Friday afternoons off.Gym membership.About Marosa: With headquarters in Vigo, Spain, and subsidiaries across Europe, Marosa is in an exciting phase of digital transformation and business expansion.
