What do we expect you to do when you are here?Complete management, from start to finish, of the selection processes.Writing, design and publication of job offers in different portals. Direct search of candidates according to the needs of the departments.Making initial phone calls and face-to-face and virtual interviews, to identify skills and motivations of the candidates.Conducting group dynamics. Writing and preparation of interview reports.Carrying out selection processes for scholarships, with subsequent management with the university.Participation in the Onboarding process of new incorporations in Baker Tilly.Management of the participation in the different Job Fairs in Spain, of interest to Baker Tilly.Participation in the Job Fairs of Schools and/or Universities.This is the profile we are looking for:University Degree in Business Administration, Law, Labour Relations, or similar.A Master's degree in Human Resources is highly valued.At least 1 year of experience in the field of talent attraction and selection.Previous experience in a recruitment consultancy will be an asset.Good level of English (minimum B2).Proactive, agile person with excellent communication skills.
