The purpose of the roleAs a Junior Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the analysis, preparation, and optimization of Supply Chain data as well as making recommendations for improvements.
ResponsibilitiesWithin the forecast tool, fine-tune parameters & cleanse data to ensure accurate demand forecasts.Provide support to the Key Account Managers for queries on the forecasting tool.Document current processes relating to the S&OP and Supply & Demand planning process.Support with the potential crossover from Logility to the new Blue Yonder demand planning tool.Support the calculation of Min-Max stocks, factoring in safety stocks and future demand.Provide backup for the S&OP Lead/Supply Chain Analyst as point of contact during holiday periods.Assist with the weekly forecast upload into D365.Support building new BI visuals in cooperation with the Global reporting team.Work alongside the Supply Chain teams & other S&OP stakeholders to adapt/build additional visuals to help with specific needs.Develop additional Power BI knowledge within the Supply Chain team.Build documentation and user manuals regarding key fields/measures within the BI data warehouse.Support with the preparation of data both in Power BI and Excel.Support financial analysis of our supply chain processes.Provide in-depth analysis on the different areas of the 'Total Landed Costs', such as Sourcing, Intercompany Shipping, Production, and Freight out costs.Support scenario analysis to map the impact of changes in the supply network.Support the measurement of sustainability metrics within the Supply Chain area.RequirementsMaster's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.English fluency; Dutch and/or Spanish would be an advantage.Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools.Advanced level of Excel proficiency.Basic supply chain & operations knowledge and understanding of a production plant.Actively seeks self-development and new ways to grow.Able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Demonstrated effective multitasking and active learning skills.Proficient in working with different cultures.Working at Griffith FoodsWe are a caring family company where everyone has the opportunity to grow, follow their own personal purpose, and find fulfillment in their work.
