Role Responsible for the development of the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution and able to translate this vision in directives, standards and procedures that guarantee a gradual implementation of the solution. He/she is responsible to ensure the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or project of improvement especially in complex projects and of great scale. They participate in the tasks of taking of requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application and configuration, test, training and support after the 'go live'. They are known as a reference in the company and even in the market or between the competitors.
Your mission: Deliver configuration/consulting payroll services (SAP HCM ES) Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate functional and technical activities. Identify, manage and test SAP note application. Open and manage customer messages to SAP to request help support and corrections. Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it. Generate easy-to-maintain error free implementations and customizing respecting Strada best practices. Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications. Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled. Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met Regularly report on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager. What we ask for: Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent. Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance. Spanish PY/PA/OM knowledge desired. Verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resources. Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability. Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
