About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager – Real Estate to support us in the next phase of growth in the French market. You will be responsible for rapidly scaling our supply base (apartments, property managers, aparthotels) across the markets and report directly to the Head of Supply Sales.
The position is based near Barcelona, Spain. You have the option to work in our co-working office or remotely.
How you are part of our success story: You build new partnerships and manage key relationships with suppliers in the French market.
You own the end-to-end acquisition of new key suppliers.
You build our network and brand in the property sector across France.
You support the growth of our strong market solidifying our position as industry leaders.
You monitor the onboarding process of new partners and secondary cities.
You handle negotiations and unblock partnerships using data and market information.
What you need to convince us: You have first experience in Sales, ideally in the real estate, hospitality, or travel industry or in a start-up environment.
You have a hunter mentality – Sales is your passion and you want to drive impact in the company by onboarding new partners.
You are business fluent in English and French (any other European language is a plus).
You have great organizational and analytical skills.

Homelike's recruitment process involves an initial HR call to assess general fit, motivations, and expectations. This is followed by a technical interview focusing on role and team fit. Candidates then undergo a role-specific case study to showcase their skills and working style. The final interview involves meeting higher-level leadership or the future team to evaluate cultural fit. After the recruitment team decides, candidates receive a decision along with detailed feedback in case of rejection.
We are hiring remotely in Spain, Greece, Germany, and the UK. Our office hubs are in Cologne and London. Kindly note that some open positions have location-specific requirements.
