DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistently achieve established sales objectivesProvide detailed reports of client meetings.Offer comprehensive support to customers throughout the entire purchasing process.It is not necessary to have a client list. The company provides the properties and the clients. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent DutchFluent level of Spanish and English (professional competence)Minimum two years of experience in the real estate sector (with sales history)University education preferred. Specific sales training will be positively valued.Competence in the use of CRM systemsSolid negotiation skillsProactive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.Teamwork ability with excellent organization and planning skills.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.High responsibility and analytical skills.
