Technical Skills: Java: Basic knowledge and experience in Java programming.
IT Affinity: Strong interest in IT and software development processes.
Language Skills: Excellent command of the German language (native-level proficiency).
Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Personality Traits: Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a passion for identifying patterns and writing clear concepts.
Logical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and express ideas precisely.
Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders.
Tasks Responsibilities Requirement Analysis: Translate customer needs into clear and precise requirements for the development team.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements and specifications.

Hiring Process 1) Chemistry Call: Initial 30-minute interview with the Managing Director to assess cultural fit and overall alignment.
2) Expert Call: A 60-minute interview with the technical department to evaluate specific skills and discuss project-related tasks.
