Your responsibilities and impact as a Junior Recruitment & Sales Development Lead will be:Create your own Client portfolio with the help of your manager through business development.Oversee & master the full Candidate Life Cycle.Handle & master account management on your own.Ensure a successful backup when required on your entire activity.Ensure a qualitative Clients & Candidates Process.Ensure weekly communication with clients.Master the Client onboarding process from BD to placement.Ensure an active portfolio of clients.Manage one or two juniors successfully with the help of your Manager or coordinate the Team with involvement in Blu Projects including BD.Bring along new ideas for improvement for Blu Selection.Manage your KPIs Dashboard of your team.Create action plans for your team.You will work within a dynamic environment; your flexibility and adaptability will be key to success. Your team is composed of expats living a good life balance in Barcelona.
RequirementsSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You have a native level of German.You have a proficient level of English.Previous significant experience in Sales (outbound call & business development) or Customer Support of a minimum of 3 years.Previous experience in people coordination of a minimum of one year.Being creative, adaptable, and proactive.Being a Team player.Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.BenefitsWhat's in it for you?
