TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a Junior Recruitment Lead will be:
Create your own Client portfolio with the help of your manager through business development.Ensure the delivery of your perimeters:Recruitment Responsibility:Handle & master account management on your own.Ensure a successful backup when required on your entire activity.Ensure weekly communication with clients.Master the Client onboarding process from BD to placement.Maintain an active portfolio of clients.Manage one or two juniors successfully with the help of your Manager or coordinate the Team with involvement in Blu Projects including BD.Bring along new ideas for improvement for Blu Selection.Manage your KPIs Dashboard of your team.Create action plans for your team.You will work within a dynamic environment; your flexibility and adaptability will be your key to success.

RequirementsSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You have a native level of French.You have a proficient level of English.Having previous significant experience in Sales (outbound call & business development) of a minimum of 3 years.Having previous experience in people coordination of a minimum of one year.Being creative, adaptable, and proactive.Being a Team player.Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.BenefitsWhat's in it for you?
