We are currently seeking a Junior Recruitment Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who can handle a variety of basic recruitment-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and capable of supporting the team by handling essential day-to-day tasks, allowing senior members to focus on broader, strategic responsibilities.Make yourself a priority: approach us.Job Description :Responsibilities :Email Management : Respond to and manage recruitment-related emails.Administrative support : Assist in general day-to-day tasks, including data entry, document management and scheduling meetings.Candidate Communication : Help coordinate communication between candidates and the recruitment team.Interview Scheduling : Assist in organizing interviews, ensuring candidates and recruiters are aligned on timing and logistics.General Recruitment Support : Provide support across various recruitment activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.What We're Looking For:A junior candidate, someone just starting their career in recruitment or administrative work.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiply tasks, including responding to emails and assisting with coordination work.Good communication skills, both written and verbalProactive and able to take initiative in handling basic work independentlyWhy Join Us?This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
