Administrative support : Assist in general day-to-day tasks, including data entry, document management and scheduling meetings. Candidate Communication : Help coordinate communication between candidates and the recruitment team. Interview Scheduling : Assist in organizing interviews, ensuring candidates and recruiters are aligned on timing and logistics. General Recruitment Support : Provide support across various recruitment activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. What We're Looking For: A junior candidate, someone just starting their career in recruitment or administrative work. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiply tasks, including responding to emails and assisting with coordination work.
