Junior Quality&Compliance Analyst

The Junior Quality Compliance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of customer service interactions.
The primary responsibility is to evaluate recorded calls and provide feedback to enhance overall service quality.
Responsibilities: Evaluate the quality and compliance of customer service calls according to set parameters.
Audit recorded calls and document findings in weekly reports.
Escalate cases that require senior review or are ambiguous to senior analysts.
Identify areas for improvement based on call evaluations.
Provide feedback to agents and supervisors based on their and their team's performance and trends.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Prepare reports that organize and synthesize call evaluation data, highlighting key findings and insights.
Other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in call quality control (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Environment: 100% On-site, Office in the city center of Barcelona Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 13-21 Type of Position: Full-time Salary: 18,000.00€ per month Application Questions: Are you willing to work on-site from Monday to Friday?
