.At Refinery89, we are seeking a Junior Publisher Technical Support to ensure the optimal performance of our network of hundreds of websites and drive the expansion and development of our project.Your Responsibilities:Onboarding of new publishers.Technical troubleshooting.Optimization and management of header bidding and other third-party vendor technologies.Publisher analysis, optimization, and cross-selling.Prioritizing highest value opportunities for profitable results.Maintaining operational contact with commercial partners.What You Need?1+ years of experience, with good knowledge of digital media metrics and web analytics.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, formats, KPIs, and technologies such as header bidding (SSPs, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.Proficiency in Excel.Interest in technology and digital advertising.Commercial mindset, passion for the product and company, and a can-do mentality.Strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration and project management skills.Ability to work autonomously and in a changing, fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment.Desire to learn new technology quickly and translate product features into business benefits.Preferred Experience:Experience with digital marketing and advertising systems (e.G., GAM, Prebid, AppNexus, Rubicon, Teads, Viralize, or similar systems).Experience with Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or Amazon equivalent.Experience at a publisher sales house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.Experience in an Ad Ops role working with a header bidding setup.What You Can Expect from Us?Joining Refinery89 means making an impact in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
