The role: Junior Proposal managerThe junior proposal manager will provide on every pursuit:Support senior proposal managers on sales opportunities.Support project management assigned duties aligned by the lead proposal manager.Maintain company brand guidelines and best practices.Develop solution knowledge via training packs and solution champions within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementSupport the lead proposal manager with the end-to-end ownership and command of the proposal process, including implementation strategies and best practices.Support the Lead proposal manager to manage the full life cycle of the proposal response process from analysis of RFPs to final production and submission of proposals.Meet proposal deadlines set by the lead proposal manager.Support the lead proposal manager in managing multiple proposal tasks with sometimes rapid turnaround deadlines.Format documents throughout the sales process and suggest any non-standard questions/requirements.Final production: Proofread, proposal production set up and assist with online uploads, deliverables can include email-ready files, hard copies, flash drives, or upload to online portals and print shop websites.Proposal DevelopmentReview proposal team member submittals for content and accuracy to ensure compliance to RFP requirements and will work with team members as necessary.Support the lead proposal manager in directing the proposal process by outlining/structuring proposal strategy and direction from proposal receipt to submission.Ensure quality proposal response delivery (accurate, complete, compliant, on-time, fully meeting customer and proposal requirements).Ensure timely submission of new or refreshed content into RFP Database, Loopio (Close the Loop process).Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong technical competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.A team player.Capable of mastering and reacting to the pace of the business, a quick thinker and able to problem solve.Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects to on-time delivery; ability to manage and coordinate inputs from multiple sources.Ability to speak and translate content into another language other than English (Spanish, Italian, German, French or Dutch) can be an advantage.Supporting Quality Reviews of Documents to include:Formatting.Proofread.Ensure company brand.Work ExperienceTwo + Years' experience in working within Sales Operations, project Support and Proposal support.knowledge of Sales or Proposal Management routines.We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
