About the Role:
Join our team as a Junior Property Manager! You'll oversee the technical and administrative management of Cofinimmo's buildings in Spain, ensuring smooth operations and activities. Serve our clients with excellence while supporting internal technical and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Tenant Relations & Lease Management: Monitor lease agreements (in particular deadlines, provision of information, ensure relevant guarantees are in order and organize upcoming renewals and other obligations), tenant obligations, and renewals such as address tenant needs, ensure compliance with lease terms, and oversee move-ins, move-outs, and refurbishments.Maintenance & Budgeting: Provide administrative support for legal files and tenant/operator management reports. Maintain management files, track rent increases, indexation, and follow up on complaints and maintenance. Monitor performance, energy use, and complaints, and plan budgets for repairs and improvements.Investments & Enhancements: Analyze, manage and coordinate relevant investments to enhance Cofinimmo buildings and obtain more energy efficiency. Assist in the preparation of new and investment projects: prepare and follow up on purchase/sale files, tenant reports, and internal reporting.Compliance & Coordination: Ensure legal and environmental compliance, support sustainability initiatives, and liaise with external parties and authorities.Spearhead and organize the administrative office tasks in Madrid. About you: Strong command of Spanish and English (oral and written);Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);1-2 years of experience, ideally in a similar role;Knowledge of leases, insurance, and contracting is beneficial;Excellent time management and prioritization skills;Strong initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment;Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility and precision;Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude;Customer-focused, with a proactive approach;Ability to maintain discretion in handling sensitive matters;Strong organizational and planning abilities.
