We know fun, and we always have a team event on our calendars, so are you ready to join us?Role |As a Junior Property Management Coordinator at Ukio, your primary responsibility is to investigate and address maintenance issues that arise in Ukio's properties due to structural problems within the apartment, building, or issues related to landlord appliances. You will take ownership of the process for efficiently managing and resolving these issues while balancing the interests of both Ukio and the Landlord. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including landlords, insurance providers, external maintenance parties, Ukio's acquisition, accounting, and legal team. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, addressing a range of challenges and opportunities to ensure the timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.Responsibilities |Manage structural issues (building, apartment appliances, not owned by Ukio) from the moment we receive the complaint to its resolution.Follow up negotiation and resolution with property owners
