Your Role: ?? Drive strategy and growth for Autohero's Spain Retail Unit.?? Optimize Retail KPIs: Sales, Operations & Logistics, and Customer Satisfaction.?? Support new projects with analytical and project-oriented tasks.?? Implement scalable improvements for profitability and customer experience.?? Report directly to the Director of Retail. What We're Looking For: ?? Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).?? Strong analytical skills (KPIs analysis) and ability to manage priorities.?? At least 2 years of experience in Strategic Business Development, consulting, or startups.?? Passionate about driving projects forward and taking ownership.?? Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C2).
