WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER - ITAmRest Group is a leading European multi-brand restaurant operator with a portfolio of first-class brands across 25 countries. AmRest operates over 2,400 restaurants under franchised brands such as KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and Burger King, as well as proprietary brands like La Tagliatella, Sushi Shop, Blue Frog, and Bacoa.Job Purpose: Cooperating with the business in designing, producing, and maintaining major IT digital solutions for Amrest. The role includes IT solutions ownership, cooperating with departments especially Brands, Operations, and IT to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance of the solution.The role is also responsible for maintaining 2nd line support.You will be responsible for ensuring:Specify product requirements and design process needed for implementation and support.Coordinate communication between all parties (vendors) and departments involved within product scope.Maintaining product roadmap and managing priorities for development agreed with business owners.Support and document country rollouts for digital systems including localization.Managing product integrations and integrity within geographies and brands.Managing support and development contracts with vendors.Managing products documentation for support and information flow between involved vendors, brands, departments, and countries.The qualifications you need:Analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional English verbal, written, and presentation skills.Team player, organization, and coordination of cross-area projects in a very high-demanding environment.Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.Good communication skills.Curiosity and a hungry mind are a must.Dare to change!- Project management training and Agile experience.- Decision making.- DevOps knowledge.What we offer:Be part of an incredibly dynamic and fun job, in a great place to work.Working in a growing multinational company.Full-time job.Long-term contract.Private Life and Health Insurance after 3 months.Flexible schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
