Junior Project Manager

Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish Location Marbella, Spain Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. Regularly visit construction sites to oversee progress and ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards. Identify and solve problems that arise during the construction process. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Keep accurate records and reports using Excel, ensuring all project data is up-to-date and organized. Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of building houses, from groundwork to finishing touches. Qualifications A passion for construction and a desire to learn on the job. Practical experience in building houses or a related field is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in Excel is essential for tracking project data and budgets.
