The aim of our team is to develop partners so that they can provide a consolidated workplace experience for their customers.Scope of the role is HP's Personal Computing and Office Printing Services and Solutions portfolio across product lifecycle services, managed print services and PC & Print Software, in one word: HP Workforce Solutions portfolio.This role is ideal for people who want to be part of the emerging HP business area for the future and drive its growth and development.**Main Responsibilities**:- Onboarding of new Channel Business Development members within their roles and existing team processes:- Leading and improving the trainings program for Business Development Managers: Develops, implements, and maintains the team's learning corners and onboarding/continuous training.- Facilitates leadership alignment by preparing for Business reviews meetings and executive reviews. Ensuring readiness for key meetings and activities, coordinating meeting logistics and materials, and working with stakeholders across the organization to gather their inputs and materials needed for all executive forums and meetings.- Supports management and leaders in weekly staff meetings by helping set priorities and driving agenda topics, tracking, scheduling virtual and/or face-to-face meetings, designing agendas, coordinating content preparation, and facilitating discussion, documenting meeting minutes,and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of staff action items.- Responsible for team communications, including organizational announcements and leadership messages in line with the internal communications plan.- Equips and present at key executive meetings, oversees organizational messaging from management, including the monthly newsletter, organization announcements and staff meetings.- Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, support the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity.- Simplify operational processes by implementing end-to-end program delivery management and where possible eliminate non-value add work through simplification and automation.**What are we looking for?**- Recent Bachelor/master's degree in business and related fields.- Maximum one year of relevant experience.- Experience not needed but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.- Solid skills in MS office tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc. Knowledge in Smartsheet would be a plus.- ** Communication skills**: both written and verbal. Capacity to report and communicate to the different Business Development Managers and stakeholders
