With a robust presence comprising over 31 offices worldwide and 5 production plants across Spain, Romania, and Vietnam, Venair is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and maintaining the highest standards of quality in fluid transfer.Position OverviewKey Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of custom-engineered solutions for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation phases.Client Interaction: Serve as key contact for Sales team and clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met through tailored solutions.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical reports, design specifications, and progress updates.Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet Venair's stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management and engineering.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).Experience: No experience is required.Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering principles, CAD software, and project management tools is valuable.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.Mobility: Willingness to travel for project assignments as needed.What We Offer:Permanente Contract: Secure a long-term position within a stable and growing company.Competitive Salary: Earn between 22.000€ and 27.000€ gross annually, depending on experience.Attractive Compensation Package: Includes support for housing and daily expenses during your international stay.Career Development: Benefit from a well-structured career plan with opportunities for growth.Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, with a workday starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and ending between 5:09 PM and 6:09 PM.
