As a Project Enablement Junior, you´ll manage the execution of comprehensive learning journeys, encompassing diverse BTS practices including Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching, and Digital Solutions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with consultants and facilitators for managing online and offline trainings processes, ensuring high quality and smooth participant´s experience.Coordinate project logistics, planning, and communication with clients and colleagues.Support participants in virtual training experiences.Assist in data collection for learning impact measurements maintaining up-to-date client databases.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Knowledge of e-learning management or LMS technologies; prior experience is a plus.Experience in managing ERP systems (Salesforce) is a plus.Project management abilities, client focus, organizational skills, and accountability.Positive and solution-finding attitude when faced with challenges, confidence to perform own role without unnecessary support in normal circumstances.Independent, a quick learner and comfortable taking on responsibility.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, aligned with BTS values.Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.The candidate must be authorized to work in the European Union on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.What we offer6-month contract with the possibility of incorporation.Work in a dynamic, international company with significant potential for fast professional growth and personal development.Opportunities to collaborate with leading companies across various sectors from Ibex 35.
