Junior Production Support Manager (f/m/d)
To support our Production Support team we are searching for a Junior Production Support Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Assist in identifying customer-driven issues and translating them into improvements for all digital web applications at Mytheresa.
Support as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing incoming issues and requirements for our digital product applications.
Help set up, test, and verify promotions for our customers within our promotion engine.
Monitor e-commerce and infrastructure KPIs using our monitoring systems, and support the team in initiating further actions and processes to understand the implications between issues and their impact on Mytheresa customers.
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by understanding, prioritizing, and estimating the impact of issues on both customers and the business.
Assist as a proactive incident manager, ensuring transparent communication within our emergency channels.
Be part of the on-call rotation, which means being available outside of working hours for any incidents that might occur.
Help ensure high product quality by participating in periodic tests on all Mytheresa products.
Work with various sub-teams within shop management, such as web analysis, product management, and user experience, to create a customer-centered shopping experience.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's or higher degree in technical, commercial studies, or a comparable field.
Some experience in a support role, ideally in e-commerce or related to digital projects, is a plus.
Passionate about evaluating and solving problems with attention to detail.
Eager to continuously learn and broaden your knowledge.
Hands-on, service-oriented, and customer-driven.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
Fluent in English.
