Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLE: Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products.Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects.Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel.Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.Ensures a time and quality efficient scheduling of raw materials, final product and packaging.Contacts suppliers if there are deviations between delivered and ordered material.Is responsible for flexible scheduling of material according to the production schedule.Contact production and supply chain to gain efficiency in the process.Supports phase-in and -out of recipes in terms of material availability.YOUR SKILLS: Vocational training in Administration or similar.1-2 years of experience working closely with Production/Supply Chain.Medium-High level of English.Good level of Excel and valuable SAP.Multitasking capacity and resilience.Good attitude and proactiveness.JOB ID: 24065039Contract & Job type: Regular - Full Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
