Junior Product Specialist

Conducting extensive research on current and upcoming payment methods and technologies in the market;Evaluating costs and market prices of payment methods through different industries and geos.Analyzing customer and merchant's pain points and essential payment process requirements.Enhancing and optimizing payment processes, by contributing to our product development;Prioritizing tasks, negotiating product agreements, collaborating with the tech team, and overseeing all aspects related to our products;Managing a correct and continuous communication with suppliers;Developing a deep understanding of payment integrations, and creating task requests for internal teams to achieve seamless integration.For this you will need:High English proficiency level;Minimum 6 months of product experience, preferably in Fintech or payments;Adept in market research;A touch of creativity and design capabilities;A solid grasp of basic financial principles;Knowledge of APMs across LATAM;Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills;Exceptional negotiation skills and organizational proficiency;Mastery of Google Docs; Asana, Miro, and Confluence are a plus.Basic technical understanding of APIs, encryption, and security protocols;Proficiency in working in a fast-paced industry and organizational environment;A big interest in gaining in-depth knowledge of payments;Join the LaFinteca teamFor all career-related questions, you can contact our manager:We will try to answer you as soon as possible#J-18808-Ljbffr
