Job description
Junior Product Owner
As our new Junior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and evolution of our internal tools at LittleBig Connection. You will be at the heart of our product team, contributing to the success of our Connect product, which includes ancillary tools, such as 'Finally', our finance platform, and Community, our internal CRM system. Your focus will be on enhancing these ancillary tools to support our internal workforce.
You will join a vibrant tribe made up of four agile squads, each dedicated to different areas of our Connect product. Working under the guidance of an experienced Product Lead and alongside a talented product team, you will be empowered to bring your ideas to life and make a tangible impact on our product offerings.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our internal users and the development team, translating user needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring our ancillary tools related to accounting and CRM evolve to meet the changing demands of our workforce.

The day-to-day tasks:
Assist in gathering requirements from users, ensuring they align with company objectives (OKRs).
Help in creating and maintaining detailed user stories and requirements documents.
Support the team in managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritized.
Collaborate with your developers to refine and iterate on product features.
Assist in the smooth transition of product features and updates to end-users.
Track progress on the evolutions daily, through communication with the developers and through the daily update meetings.
Help answer the team's questions about the evolutions, either from your own knowledge or by liaising with the product manager or other subject matter experts.
Participate in product discovery sessions to identify new features and improvements.
Conduct basic product testing to ensure new features meet requirements and are free of defects.
Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the resolution of any issues that arise.
Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders and the wider team.
Contribute to the development of the documentation, training materials, and user guides for new features.
Work closely with the Lead Product Manager who will remain responsible for the product vision and strategy.
Candidate Profile:
Basic understanding of agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong desire to learn and grow in the product management field.
You will be a good communicator, confident making decisions day to day.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
An interest in financial tools or CRM systems is a plus.
