We are looking for creative and dynamic professionals with real experience delivering digital products working with agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaling frameworks).
We manage global transformation projects in large clients, providing solutions based on Enterprise Strategy and Transformation, which provide our professionals with the ability to have an E2E vision of the projects in which they participate.
Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.2 years of relevant experience as digital Product Owner, working with agile frameworks.Certifications inherent to Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking).Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and software development processes.Previous professional experience in roadmap definition techniques.Previous professional experience in product backlog prioritization techniques.Previous professional experience in the definition of suitable KPIs related to the product outcomes and team predictability (lead-time from idea to an available feature, cycle time for valuating ideas, or customer satisfaction rates…).Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Intermediate English level (B2) (Advanced level desirable).Highly valuable skills: Experience in Retail.Valuable real experience in other frameworks such as Lean, Design Thinking, Change Management, Management 3.0, OKRs.Valuable MBA or Master in Consulting.Real scaling experience applying Agile frameworks.Experience managing product portfolios in IT environments: portfolio design, planning and execution.International experience is a plus.At Capgemini Invent we create the leaders of tomorrow, are you ready to take this next step with us?
