The RoleAs one of the first members of the operations team, you will be working directly with the Head of Support & Operations to design and operate the following processes:
Execution of exception handling for Cledara's customer invoice matching process.Execution of merchant classification and enrichment process.Customer payment and reconciliation-related processes.Execution of customer rewards payout process.Execution of Cledara's SaaS-tracking feature.Coordinate with the Product team to prepare for new feature releases and support their functionalities.Think outside the box to find ways to enhance and improve existing processes by leveraging automations and LLMS.Develop & execute the processes for Cledara's payment operations function.RequirementsFluent-level of written and spoken English.Passion for technology startups and a desire to learn about the SaaS space.Be comfortable with data and be competent with spreadsheets, including vlookup, match, index, and pivot tables.A can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a start-up environment.A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys a rapid pace, and wants to make a real difference to the company.Willingness to learn core technology tools.Holds a bachelor's degree or above (desirable).About YouYou are looking for one of your first work experiences or recently graduated.You are strategic and resilient; you find information needed to make things happen.You are thoughtful about resource allocation, i.e., how you spend your time, and what you decide to do and not do.
