We're looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager, to help improve outcomes for our healthcare customers.The role: This is a brand new role to the business which forms part of our anticipated growth and development within the surgical product range.
You will be responsible for further developing our theatre packs product line while working closely with all ORS units to ensure that profitability and client satisfaction goals are met and supporting the company's overall strategy and mission.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present monthly reports on price development, profitability, growth and loss analysis and forecast ratios (PLIX and BIAS) for material groups.Be motivated and comfortable being in the operating room and being a go-to person for surgeons and nurses in regards to our product portfolio.Develop and implement sales promotional tools, ensuring the efficient usage by the sales team.Complete market and competitor analysis to ensure sustained profitability and growth market share.Work closely with the sales team, finance team and clients.Take charge of the internal and external communications in relation to your product portfolio.Develop training programs for our sales team and customers and prepare and present market surveys for our product lines.Perform other work which is assigned by the marketing manager to ensure the success of the organization.Qualifications Experience:Fluent in Spanish and English - Essential.Demonstrable hands-on development of product marketing strategies - Essential.Previous exposure to a diverse marketing role including communications, analysis and content.Confident working autonomously, entrepreneurially and as part of a small team.Knowledge of Portuguese would be beneficial but not a must.Passionate and motivated in growing and building the business.About Mölnlycke: Mölnlycke is a world-leading medical solutions company.
