Junior Product Manager (M/F/D) - Y-855

About the role Determining the strategic requirements for product range planning and setting out the specifications for new product development
Analysing the lighting market, identifying trends and overall directions in innovative product design
Providing cross-departmental coordination for product-related projects and monitoring adherence to deadlines and milestones during development, up to product release
Supporting the production of catalogues and sales documentation and being directly involved in product marketing (events/trade fairs)
Interface between management, international sales, product development, production, and marketing
About you Completed (higher) education in a technical and/or marketing field
1-2 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in the lighting sector
Good knowledge of English and Spanish
Enthusiastic about architecture, design, and lighting technique
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Willingness to take on responsibility
Flexible in approach to work and willingness to travel (10-15%)
