Your mission: Work on the perfect combination between a technical field, a business field, management, communication, and strategic thinking.
Work directly with the customer on the product, presenting changes, and performing tests throughout the process.
Identify & understand the requirements of clients and incorporate this knowledge into the production process in close cooperation with the engineers.
Gain a deep understanding of consumer expectations, which will help you to explore new products/features for the client and translate this into the UX flow together with the designers.
Guide the success of a product and lead our cross-functional team (designers and engineers) that is responsible for building it.
Your profile: You have a tech-savvy, business, and user experience mindset.
Preferably, you have already gained some experience in product management (start-up/ SaaS environment), digital design, and have a basic understanding of coding.
You are a good communicator and can break down complex concepts and communicate them easily to other involved stakeholders.
Your empathic traits enable you to work closely together with different types of people like designers and developers.
You are thinking beyond the customers and aspire to offer the best customer experience.
You are able to organize the workload by yourself and have good time management.
Fluent English skills complete your profile (German skills are a plus).
