At the moment, I'm searching for someone in my team as a Product Manager to lead the motor product side. Start your engines and join us on this amazing ride!About the role Sculpture and prioritize motor product roadmaps and requirements in line with business goals and customer needs.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and assess market opportunities.Work with product design and engineering teams to develop and launch new products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to gather feedback and improve product offerings.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to ensure products remain competitive.You have demonstrated a record of success inventing and launching successful features with limited supervision.Who are we searching for: A car lover, a technical expert with a background in insurance companies or insur-tech scale-ups.At least +2 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS businesses.You are familiar with the motor insurance industry and want to learn how our product is built to help us improve it with functionalities that solve insurers' problems.You are a self-starter, relying on your users and stakeholders' feedback, as well as your understanding of the data available to you, to set your own next objectives.Strong understanding of Agile product management and a solid grasp of the responsibilities of empowered product teams.Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English.You feel the need to learn all the time and are not afraid to take on and lead new challenges.You like to challenge and be challenged to reach your full potential in every task.Who we are: Our mission is to empower insurance companies, providing them with the capability to automate processes thanks to Visual Intelligence.
