In Craft we are looking for a Junior Producer (Intern), eager to be part of a young, dynamic and fast growing team, as well as with the ability to work in a multinational client environment.
YOUR ROLE This position is responsible for managing and executing a variety of print and digital projects working alongside internal and external partners and following the guidance of the team's Head of Producers.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Helps plan, manage and oversee the design production of our clients' master collaterals and resizes with the different studios.
• Manages ongoing communication and workflow with internal and external teams, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables.
• Understands media production plans and specifications to ensure that deliverables are compliant with suppliers' and clients' requirements.
• Assumes responsibility to ensure that assigned projects are delivered to the highest quality, within timescales and budget.
• Understands client's requirements and feedback from clients, creative and account management team.
• Has a strong eye-to-detail to advice best practices in keeping brand and layout consistency across the clients' collateral across the different markets.
• Participates in creating estimates, POs, managing cost reconciliation and projects using project management tools and procurement management systems.
• Must be able to work under the guidance of the Producers and the Country Leads to achieve the desired level of quality and technical accuracy of the deliverables.
REQUIRED SKILLS o Experience managing and executing a variety of projects in an agency or in-house setting.
o Fluent in English, desired knowledge of French.
o An understanding of advertising agency workflow.
o Solution-oriented, self-driven, comfortable working independently and able to exercise good judgment in tight deadlines.
o Engages to ensure that assigned projects are delivered to the highest quality, within timescales.
o Strong interpersonal skills, to efficiently communicate in a multicultural environment with internal team members and outside vendors.
o Well organized and resilient in fast-paced environments.
o A proactive thinker, with a positive attitude.
