Junior Process Improvement Engineer

col-wideJob Description:MR DIY logistics organization is looking for a Junior Process Improvement Engineer. We are a retail multinational currently expanding in the European market, in full expansion and growth in Spain, and that means that our internal warehouse, in turn, continues to grow and develop at the same rate as our network of stores.This role will be located in the internal warehouse headquarters, in Alovera, Guadalajara, and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. Its main purpose will be the coordination and supervision of the transport of goods, as well as different analyzes for the continuous improvement of warehouse procedures, in order to obtain the maximum performance from the different resources.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:- Analysis of continuous improvement in warehouse procedures.- Elaboration of analysis and presentations of improvements.- Detect points of improvement in operations and seek a solution.- Analysis of needs and monitoring of productivities and warehouse tasks- collaborate with the integration of a new warehouse management system (Analysis, reports, data...)- Management of permits for the delivery of merchandise in the store.- Update and management of Control and KPI.- Collaborate in the process of communication and implementation of work procedures, as well as in their quality control.- Transmit to the team the objectives, goals and responsibilities, contributing with them in achieving them effectively- Collaborate in the training and integration of the work team, motivating them towards the fulfillment of their obligations- Coordinate the Logistics Operators and manage the Transport.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, Master's in Logistics will be valued.- Having knowledge and experience in Transport and Logistics will also be a plus.- Advanced Excel.- Technical skills with digital tools and programs.- Experience of at least 2-3 years as Traffic Manager or in logistics- High english level- With experience in team management.- Analytical skills and detail orientation.
