Role Overview
Keywords Studios now has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Privacy Analyst to be a part of its Privacy team. This position will support and report to the Group's Privacy Manager, in charge of data protection, compliance and other privacy matters globally. As a member of our Privacy team, you will play a key role in operationalizing privacy across Keywords Studios' service lines globally. This includes engaging with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to help ensure privacy protections are managed appropriately. The 'day-to-day' aspect of this role will be to assist Keywords Group Privacy Manager to review internal processes for compliance with global privacy obligations. As part of this you will provide proactive guidance in terms of privacy laws, work with senior leaders on acceptable business risk when applicable, and track remediation actions as needed.
You will be responsible for knowing the ins and outs of the Keywords Privacy Framework and assist process owners on implementing it.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implementing and monitoring policies and procedures for all things data protection including assignment of responsibilities, awareness-raising, and training
- Ensuring that GDPR Article 30 records of processing are kept up to date
- Reviewing the data protection regulatory horizon, completing regulatory gap analyses on forthcoming data protection regulation, and responding to data protection-related consultations
- Maintaining internal housekeeping in regard to data protection policies, data protection notices, third party contracts and associated documents
- Monitoring compliance with the Keywords Privacy Framework across the group and reviewing documents that evidence Privacy by Design, including Records of Processing, Privacy Assessment Templates (PATs), and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working in privacy management
- Experience working on cross-functional projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD other privacy regulations
- Willingness to learn multiple sets of policies/processes and quickly adapt to changes
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements
- Ability to travel up to 25% including international destinations (post-COVID)
